The South Australian College of English is starting the Demi-pair programme again

The South Australian College of English or SACE, has re-introduced the SACE English and Demi-pair programme. The SACE English and Demi-pair programme will be offered at SACE Melbourne and SACE Adelaide campuses for 2017 (and this year if students are interested).

SACE will offer the English and Demi-pair programme in conjunction with the au pair company, Perfect Au Pairs. The programme is available for students on Working Holiday or Student visas. The demi-pair placement fee is AUS$ 450, on top of the regular English classes fee.

SACE English and Demi-pair students would enrol in a full-time SACE English course and work 15 hours per week assisting their family (childcare and housework) in return for their accommodation (single room) with the  family and 3 meals per day.

For students, choosing to do a Demi‐Pair placement is a great way to save money whilst living abroad and learning English. Students also gain a unique insight and understanding of Australian culture.
