The unique Explore English three hour barista basics class will open your mind to everything “coffee”. This class teaches the fundamentals of espresso extraction and stretching milk to create beautiful micro-foam. We teach you the tools and techniques that will allow you to make the perfect Melbourne cup of coffee, every time.
An amazing facility available to our students is our in-house Explore Cafe. International students look forward to tasting the different types of coffee on offer in Melbourne and they can do exactly that without leaving the campus!
